We are always happy to arrange to pick up shirts or dry-cleaning and make it easy to grab as tenants or guests enter the building. We also accept deliveries from Instacart and Amazon Prime Now and Google Express.

Social Media Concierge

We stay connected with our tenants, clients, and guests. Our social media-savvy concierge posts about building or area goings-on, upcoming events, and captures live experiential moments via social media.

Mobile Concierge

Removing the barrier between a tenant or guest and concierge, CCS has created a Mobile Concierge program. Our concierge connect with guests and tenants onon-one. They are given mobile tablets to use for guest references and online access anywhere on property.

Digital Wayfinding

Drop a pin! We work with Google Maps so that we are equipped to “send pins” electronically to our tenants and guests who are asking for directions both in the area and the building itself.
